Caleb Spends the Weekend in Packer Land
Caleb had a fun weekend in Wisconsin. We got to my parents on Friday late afternoon. Caleb spent time running around outside with Dada and was happy to see Millie and all his toys at Grandma's.
Saturday, he picked up a few more soccer tips by watching Brayden play in a 3 on 3 tournament (which they won....they even played in an older league!). I posted a picture of him practicing his soccer w/ Dada between games. Calian was also in a soccer tournament this wknd, but it was in Milwaukee so we didn't get to see him play (his team also won their tournament!).
Sunday was the big Bears/Packer game....although the Packers were pretty pathetic, Caleb was still happy to sport the green and yellow sweatshirt. He was also happy b/c grandma bought him his favorite Thomas Train (Percy)...he's holding it in the picture...and has been holding it ever since. Justin and Casey had a big bet on the game....if the Packers won, Justin was going to have to wear a cheesehead out to eat at a Chicago restaurant (of Casey's choice). Since the Bears won, Casey has to wear a Bears jersey to the pub on a Sunday of Justin's choice. Today, Casey was already talking about another bet...but based on yesterday's game, I hope he's not betting on the Packers again! Caleb didn't seem too concerned about the Packers losing...he said he also likes the Bears, but will continue to wear Packer attire until his dad buys him a Bears jersey (mom just can't do it).
